About The Pricing Table
Promotional Products are typically sold in bulk order quantities with lower prices for higher quantities. The pricing table identifies the per piece prices based on the quantity of products ordered. The first row of the table shows the quantity of products that must be ordered to receive the corresponding per piece price. These quantities are often referred to as “Quantity Breaks” or “Price Breaks”. In the next row of the table is the corresponding price per piece for each of these quantities. Products offered at special prices and sale items also include a third row identified as the “You Pay” line. The "You Pay" line identifies the discounted price for each quantity break. Typically, the “Price Includes” line below the pricing table identifies the type of imprint included in the prices appearing in the pricing table (or may indicate “blank” if pricing does not include imprint).
For example, if the first column shows a quantity of 250 pieces, this is the “Minimum Order Quantity” available for that specific product. If the price below this is $1.15, this is the price per piece if you order 250 of these products with standard imprint (if any). In the example below, the product features Special Pricing at $0.90 per piece at a quantity of 250 pieces. This will then yield a cumulative product cost of $225.00 (250 x 0.90) for all 250 pieces with standard imprint (not including set up costs, taxes, shipping or any optional services). The $0.90 per piece "You Pay" price applies to any quantity over 250 pieces until you reach the quantity listed in 2nd column of the top row which is 500 pieces. For a quantity of 500-999 pieces, the per piece "You Pay" price is $0.85 each.
In the area immediately below the pricing table, applicable set-up charges are listed. The set-up charge is typically a per color cost to set up screens, dies, tapes or other tooling/software with your artwork for imprinting on the products. If more than one imprint is applied, there may be additional set-up costs (e.g. different logos in two different locations, different sizes of the logo in different locations, etc.). In some cases, this area of the pricing table may also include “Additional Locations/Color” charges that apply if the manufacturer offers the option to imprint in more than one location or using more colors than what is included in the standard pricing.

As a final note, in most cases, the minimum order quantity is the lowest quantity that the factory offers for the specified product. In some limited cases, manufacturers will offer a lower quantity (typically not less than ½ the minimum) for an additional “below minimum” fee. There may, however, be comparable products on the site that are available from other manufacturers with lower minimum order quantities.

Unit price as it appears in pricing table is for merchandise with standard imprint as identified (or blank goods as specified) and does not include required set-up charges, shipping costs, taxes, etc. In addition, pricing does not include costs associated with optional services including but not limited to imprinting in additional location or additional colors, artwork services, rush production or delivery costs, optional packaging, etc. Also, for items shipped overseas, additional taxes, duties, tariffs and fees may be applicable.
