Orders

To place an order using our on-line shopping cart: from the detail product description screen, click the “Buy Now” button, include quantity, color and size (as applicable).

After you verify your order/request in the next screen proceed to “Checkout” or “Continue Shopping”.

In the “Checkout” screen, please complete all contact information including:

• Full name
• Company/Organization
• Phone number
• Complete Physical Address
• Email address
• If product is needed for a specific event, include date of event

Upload your artwork file using the link provided. Please be sure to see the Artwork Requirements information for the format needed for artwork and artwork files.

Select method of payment. Please note that all on line orders must be paid in advance of order processing. Use check box if billing address is same as your previously entered contact information. Complete your order and print a copy for your records as desired. You may also place orders by calling us at 1-877-300-5005.

Enter credit card information including name exactly as it appears on the card as well as expiration date.

Quotes & Requests

Follow the steps described above, after clicking on the “Request Info” button. Billing information will not be required. Please be sure to include your phone number in case we have questions as well as an email address to receive your quote electronically. Also, please include any special requirements in the note section. For the most accurate quote, please ensure that you include quantity, color, need date as well as upload your artwork. Samples

Samples of most products are available for purchase at unit costs plus shipping and handling. In the event that an order of the sampled item or comparable product is purchased within 30 days, in most cases, costs of the sample will be credited against the total invoice cost. High cost items may be excluded depending on order quantities.
